As part of contracted services, network providers are required to submit timely data including (1) client assessments, demographics, health information, medications, critical incidents, and plans of care and (2) resource home information such as address, contact information, licensing information, members of household, and preferences relating to the types of children to be placed. There are two choices in how to submit data. Both methods are secure and comply with HIPAA and other privacy laws:

Initial cost to configure internal systems, plus an annual subscription fee of $5000 for the information exchange. Our Community Our Kids will pay 50% of the subscription fee ($2500) for the first year of roll-out.
